Art has the capacity to enliven our cities, by allowing us to reflect on what it is to be human and to celebrate what is unique about our culture and environment.

Public Art, in all its diversity of approaches is an essential ingredient to actualise this human desire to create and interact with a dynamic and engaging public domain.

The Perth Cultural Centre, located between the CBD and Northbridge, is one of Perth's key public spaces, housing the State's most significant cultural and learning institutions, including:

The Metropolitan Redevelopment Authority (MRA, formerly East Perth Redevelopment Authority) manages the open spaces within the Perth Cultural Centre. These open areas are available to the public for various non-commercial activities.
For more information on these spaces please contact MRA on (08) 6557 0700 or email reception@mra.wa.gov.au.

MRA is working with these resident institutions and other key stakeholders to make a visit to the Cultural Centre a creative, engaging, inclusive and memorable experience for everyone.
