Client Satisfaction Survey 2008

 

In July 2008 the Development and Strategy Directorate of the Department of Culture and the Arts contacted our stakeholders and clients inviting them to participate in an online Client Satisfaction Survey.  A total of 182 individuals and organisations responded.  The survey is conducted every two years and is a highly valuable tool for the Department to obtain feedback regarding the perceived quality of our funding program and service delivery.  Information obtained from these surveys have informed and influenced our operational practices and help to ensure that our services are responsive to the needs of the sector.
